Shipping
All orders are processed and shipped from my workshop in Segovia, Spain, within 1-3 working days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email.
Purchased goods will be sent using Correos (Spain only) or a courier service (international orders). I will email you with a tracking number once your parcel has been dispatched.
Tunki Crafts offer free shipping worldwide.
All Spain orders should arrive in 1-4 working days once shipped, all overseas orders should arrive within 5-8 working days and 2-4 working days if the destination is an European country.
Please make sure that the address attached to your Paypal or Stripe is where you’d like your package to be sent. Unfortunately, Tunki Crafts is not responsible if an address is inputed wrong.
Within the European Union there are currently no tariffs on imports. For international orders outside of the EU, import and customs duties, tariffs, and other fees that may be levied by the destination country are the responsibility of the purchaser. Please check the rules and regulations in regards to your country before ordering. Tunki Crafts is not responsible for delays due to customs.
Returns, exchanges, and cancellations
I gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations.
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery.
Ship items back within: 21 days of delivery.
Request a cancellation: before item has shipped.
Custom or personalized orders can't be returned or exchanged, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Please note: Refunds can take up to 10 working days to credit your account.

Due to the delicate nature of our products, it’s best to always hand wash separately with cold water and mild soap. Avoid using clothes dryer and bleach. Do not iron the products.
Gift wrapping and packaging
If your order contains more than one item, they will be wrapped together unless you request different packaging.
